Ok, I gave this place a couple chances and just can’t rate higher than 3 stars. Part of dining out is the allover experience, and the guy that’s been at the counter both times we visited is nearly comatose. He doesn’t even smile. The woman who works there is very nice and friendly.The dining area seems relatively clean, but there are boxes stacked in the hallway leading to the back that are unsightly. Staff was super friendly. I got the lunch special which was seriously just over 10 dollars because I added a drink. I had shrimp and vegetables (L20) and the flavor was outstanding. What made it better was that the shrimp were fairly large and were cooked perfectly. Super juicy. I am super happy with my lunch and will return. Probably more than I should.

Best Boneless Spare Ribs in Phoenix. Everything smells super fragrant, you can tell their oil is fresh. Pork Fried Rice that comes default with combo plates really is new york style. The egg rolls are fat. You can taste the veggies in the stock they made for the wonton soup. The sweet and sour sauce is so glossy and flavorful. Service is quick. This place makes me happy.
