I've been visiting Firehouse Subs for a few years now, but this was my first experience at this location. I had had a long day in town with doctor's appointments, and needed some grub. I stopped in here, and was welcomed right away. I ordered my sub at the register, and it was prepared with 5 minutes. The quality far exceeded what I'm used to from Firehouse. They used to greet you with "WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE" when you walked in. Now, not only are all the sauces that made them so special gone, but so is the enthusiasm and great atmosphere. The food also went down in quality. I used to not mind the higher price for such a delicious sandwich. Now it is robbery.

I enjoyed the sandwich very much. It would have been 5 stars but when I placed my order for a large sandwich, I got home and daw that I had been charged for a medium and given a medium sandwich. I was really hungry that day and that medium did not fill me up. Wish the cashier had placed my order like I had asked. Over all she was sweet and helpful.
