Happy Joe Coffee is a cute, small coffee shop popular among college students. The staff is friendly, and if you're lucky, they might treat you to a PB Bacon Bagel. The iced caramel latte is highly recommended, although some customers feel the service could be more cheerful. The chai is decent, albeit a bit pricey, but the pleasant atmosphere makes up for it.
