Let me just say , this location has been the most genuine service ever. Thank you to faith and the rest of the team even the manager🙏🏽you guys are amazing and I pray you keep up the great work and don’t let any negativity get to yall. From one unhoused person this location stays busy all day and they won’t leave you dissatisfied or disappointed 🫶🏽

3rd time here. The food is great. Usually the staff is perfect. However picking up tonight I walked in with an employee facing away from me on her phone. When I got her attention I gave her the name on the order and was told " oh we're still working on that one" . I look around and see one other employee cleaning tables. She then proceeds to walk almost to the back and take another 5 minutes finishing what she was doing on her phone. Been 10 minutes now and I think...

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub place now. My only complaint would be that when I walk in, I usually have to wait while the employees are busy making online delivery orders. Otherwise, I love their subs.
