This is the second time we’ve had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our food. To make matters worse, my order was missing the nuggets and fries. Poor service and very frustrating
first burger came out medium rare, food safety standards demand that all burgers cooked well done unless asked due to e-coli, they said thats how they make all their burgers, they did remake it which Im greatful for but I wish to see them do better

Some of the employees did not seem very happy to be there and that showed. It made the atmosphere a little awkward. I hope the days is better for everyone.
