“We ordered $300 worth of food..Door Dasher brings us (1) bag of only condiments with a long ticket attached (indicating more food) Dasher paid no attention and left the store without the remaining bags...Meanwhile I have an entire office waiting for lunch. This store went above and beyond what was their responsibility, especially Edith....She delivered the remaining food to us herself!! Excellent customer service seems to be fading these days and Edith has shown that integrity is still a thing to some people....and I am so very happy .. This store & Edith are TOP NOTCH!!“
“Well this panda was good the food was very very good I mean all pandas have amazing food I live there food so sooooo much but the service was crap we didn’t get sauce on my wife’s plate the dish usually come with teriyaki sauce on the chicken and it didn’t come with any on the chicken or any in the bag so that’s all that was wrong with our food but yeah I’ll go back I figured the kid was new or something I don’t usually rip on a kid that’s new at his job but yeah just be careful and make sure you get all your sauces that come with your food because they will forget and you will be s.o.l if you know what I mean!!!!“
“I wish I got the name of the lady that helped me, but she was extremely kind, patient, and pleasant to talk with. I came right before closing, and she made sure I got fresh food (instead of just serving the stuff that’s already been sitting there) 10/10 she deserves a raise!“
“The Diet Coke was down on the drink machine, but the employee said they weren't allowed to process refunds. I was pretty upset as their drink machine was why I went there that time, rather than a local Asian spot which only sells cans. The employee, though, offerred me a couple Coke Zero bottles which usually are for take out orders. I don't know why company policy doesn't allow refunds (for a drink cup in my case), but it was a decent compromise.“
