We hit this place on our way to the airport. Never had heard of it and when we visit our kid at asu we usually hit the buffalo exchange next door. We will come back again again!! The owner told us it is named after his little town near Pueblo. Amazing food!! The mole unreal! And the tostadas and tacos - small bits - were so rich and authentic with just the right kick. Super friendly and amazing food. Don’t know what it is like at night…looks like it might be...
A bit pricey but the food is great! The chicken enchiladas were juicy and flavorful and the habanero salsa was a really nice touch. Probably some of the best most authentic mexican food around Mill.
We stopped here after landing in Phoenix. Seriously great food and really intentional service. The staff was very friendly and gave us recommendations for our vacation stops etc.
We recommend the veggie tostadas! The staff also shared the Mole was most everyone’s favorite. Cheers! 10/10
