We made reservations for our first visit to this restaurant on a Saturday at 5:30 p.m. It wasn’t crowded, which made for a relaxed experience.

We started with the Paloma and Bloody Prick cocktails. For appetizers, we ordered the pork belly, which was absolutely amazing. Pretty amazing Italian with strong service in a very “different” setting.

Drinks were nicely done - not write-home fabulous, but commensurate with the $18 price tag.

We had the smoked pork belly to start, and it
was amazing! It had a crisp bark, with no signs of dryness. The fat was well-rendered and tasty like what I can only describe as super-clean butter.
