They made my order wrong 3 times, after waiting for over a half hour I told the waiter I don't have time to have my order made a FOURTH time. He offered me 10% which I accepted only to have the manager take away the 10% because I ate some of the meal! What poor service, wow!!!!!
On a recent visit I ordered chicken fried rice with extra chicken and requested no onions and no cabbage. When my meal arrived they added extra beef in with the chicken. I showed my waiter and he said he would have it remade. When the second order arrived it had no extra chicken but was loaded with onions and cabbage.
