Did a delivery order from here questioned it as read so many bad reviews for this location... sure enough they gave me 1/3 of the order... the staff all seemed extremely young and inexperienced... as common sense says 2 pizzas, a salad and brownies would not cost $360

I ordered a gluten free pizza to go, and the crust was partially uncooked and had an off putting taste and texture. Unfortunately couldn’t do anything about it since it was a to go order. My boyfriend ate a normal thin crust although it wasn’t undercooked, he said it had a weird taste as well. Definitely not worth the price and the amount of time it took for the food to be ready. However the staff was very nice.

Please know that I very rarely, if ever, leave a negative review.Every single time we have ordered from, or eaten at, this restaurant, we've experienced inexcusable delays and mistakes. Almost every time we order from this restaurant, we receive apologies and refund and gift cards for previous delays and mistakes, and every time I fall for it.You may wonder why we continue to order from, or eat at, this restaurant. My fiancé is from Chicago, and Lou's is a nostalgic treat for her. This will be the last time we ever patronize this restaurant, though. This location has ruined the nostalgic enjoyment my fiancé used to experience.We've experienced delays up to 45 minutes picking up. I don't know if I've ever waited for less than 15 minutes picking up a pre-ordered meal. Two of our last three orders were incorrect. My family came in a few weeks ago, and we went to the restaurant to eat. I called an hour before our reservation and pre-ordered our meal, so it could come up shortly after being seated. We still waited over an hour for the food to start coming out. Today, my fiancé's birthday, after waiting (again) for our pre-ordered pizza, the manager came out and explained that it had fallen on the floor... but I could wait another hour for another pizza.Maybe the restaurant needs new management. I don't know. But we will never eat here again, and neither should you.Thank you!

Buyer beware. This is NOT the same delicious Lou Malnati deep dish pizza you get at a Lou Malnati’s in Chicago. The pizza was at least 2/3rds crust. The sausage does not line the crust. There was hardly any cheese on it. The quality of the sausage and pepperoni was subpar.

The worst costumer service the pizza had mold super dirty , asked for a refund didn’t get one from Brennon he was being super rude bathrooms were dirty not a sanitary place to eat at I don’t recommend if you like roaches go ahead

I called and placed a order for the pizza, frist the young lady taking my must been distracted because it took her 4 times to get my card correct and then she offered to give me some kind of treats for taking so long with placing the order which never happen! Once the order arrived it was placed on the ground behind the house which is where my garage is who does this ! This person could came to my front door .I called the restaurant and ask for the Manager and I was offered a free wings on my next order which I have not received yet .
This is a fake Lou malnati. Tempe high school makes a better pizza. Go to the one in Scottsdale. So disappointed especially from Chicago.

My wife is from Chicago and loves Lou Malnati’s Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. We were on Vacation in AZ and loved the fact we could stop in for a pie. Unfortunately they brought us a thin sliced pie. The server could tell something was wrong. We reminded her we wanted the deep dish Chicago style pizza. The manager immediately came to our table and offered another pizza, and anything else to eat on the house. We enjoyed a side salad, some of the thin slice pizza while waiting for the deep dish we had originally ordered. The only cost on our check was for our drinks. They made a mistake and immediately worked to make it right. We will be back.
