Ordered the large Chicago style pizza. It is exactly the proper ratio of crust/sauce/cheese/sausage. Yeah, it's deep dish. But not eighty two billion tons of burnt on the outside/doughy bleh on the inside with a tablespoon of ketchup and the cheapest dollar store greasy pepperoni swimming in the middle. The sauce they used is pretty close to bolognaise, more tomato and a bit less sausage. The tomato is allowed to shine right along with the protein and carbs. That satifying...

Food and service were great. Noise level was perfect for conversation. The restaurant ambiance for this particular location was a bit more casual than expected. More Peter piper like. AC doesn't work well so temperature inside was a bit uncomfortable

Visited Lou Malnati's Pizzeria on Mother's Day with a group of 13 people celebrating together. Overall, there were several small moments throughout the experience that added up and felt worth sharing. First, the restaurant felt extremely warm and stuffy inside. I completely understand it was an Arizona 100+ degree day, but no one informed us the AC was having issues until I asked on the way out why it felt so hot inside.
