Lewie is a great waiter! Food is very good as usual. On par with what you get in Chicago.
Sadly, the deep dish at this location tastes incredibly bland compared to other Lou Malnati's locations. Maybe try the other dishes here.
Ordered the large Chicago style pizza. It is exactly the proper ratio of crust/sauce/cheese/sausage. Yeah, it's deep dish. But not eighty two billion tons of burnt on the outside/doughy bleh on the inside with a tablespoon of ketchup and the cheapest dollar store greasy pepperoni swimming in the middle.
