Lou Malnati's never disappoints! Excellent pizza and wonderful salad! We did follow the manager's advice, though, and called in our pizza order an hour or so before our reservation. Very convenient! Will do that again in future!

Love Lou’s and this location is no exception!!Placed a takeout order online and it was ready hot and fresh from the kitchen at the time promised. Pizza was still hot when I got back to my room (15 mins away). The pizza was absolutely fantastic and tasted just like I ordered it on the Magnificent Mile. The staff was also great! Would gladly return.

Thank you for making me feel like I was back in Chicago !!! It was a pleasure meeting James and finding out we lived in the same neighborhood in Chicago.That made my heart so happy. I couldn't have asked for anything better than that.The service was exceptional, The pizza was cooked to perfection.
