Have been to this location before and had a great experience. This time was very different. They weren't very busy and it took forever to get our food. Seemed like the waitress forgot to put the ticket in. 4 of 7 meals were not correct and entrees were delivered at different times. A few entrees were lukewarm. Waitress never apologized for long wait or the mistakes. Our appetizers were good but food and overall experience sub par.

I really like the atmosphere of the Culinary Dropout, unfortunately this evening was louder than other times - with a lot of children screaming and carrying on. Certainly not the fault of the establishment, however unfortunately it did have an impact on our experience. Food was tremendous, Steak and frites cooked perfectly. Service was good as well.

Waited an hour for entrees to be served at the table despite the restaurant being half empty and placing our order within ten minutes. It made us late for a show and we even stated we were on a time crunch

Great food and the restaurant is very interesting and unique. Appreciated the great service especially with someone in my party with several allergies and they were very accommodating. Also they have Pappy Van Winkle which I took advantage of.

Trying not to be picky but here it goes... Ordered a G&T tall, received a G&T short. OK, no problem, she brought me a tall glass half filled with tonic water and I tried to pour the small one into the large one. I spilled 1/3 of it on the table. Swell. Ordered a burger, specifically asked for it to be well done. It arrived medium rare, not even close to medium. Fries were soggy and cold. I never saw the waitress until she brought the bill. I have had great experiences at the PHX location, this one however I would give it a miss. Also, SUPER loud.

This is a great place to go for Date Night, great food, cocktails, music, but still quiet enough to cary on a conversation, and the service is that of a high-end restaurant, I would highly recommend.

Great place to have wonderful elevated pub food. Fish and chips we're great. Pretzel and cheese dip were plentiful. Everything was hot because it was prepared fresh Great server.. Friendly knowledgeable Great drink options along with old favorites

The hostess was amazing!!! The food was great! But we had gone because of the games and fun because we had 2 kids with us. The games were useless because they didn't have equipment for either of the games we went to play. It was sad!!! Adults were happy with the food, but if you have built the experience up to the kids and then you don't deliver the experience, then no adult is happy.

Very frustrating experience. We had a reservation for 6 and on arrival asked if we could add 1 additional guest. It was early (445) and the hostess not so politely said they could accommodate us if we A) moved outside B) to a high top and C) would be done in two hours. Given we were already there , we acquiesced. It took 15 mins for server to come to our table. So much to our shock, a server came to our table at exactly 2 hrs to tell us a party had arrived and we needed to leave. We had just spent over $400 and were hustled out like cattle even though both tables on either side of us were completely empty. Such an unpleasant ending to a meal with decent food and drink but customer services was a total miss. This is a high end pub chain not the French Laundry.

Overall food was just okay. Mashed potatoes were very bland. Chicken was okay, but also not real flavorful. I had the meatloaf which was very good, as well as green beans that came with. Again, my mashed potatoes uneventful- not much taste, Beer was great- love local option of Church Music, Tempe. Best thing is always the atmosphere- cool vibe.

It was a little loud with the live music on a Saturday night. It made it hard to hear the server and talk with friends. the food was good, but came out of the kitchen lukewarm versus hot.

Claire was excellent for our dinner last night. She was fun, engaging, and what a smile. Great representative for your company. The food was excellent as always as well. Thank you all - we will be back.

Have been wanting to try this place in Austin and haven't had the chance so we took advantage while in Tempe for a festival and was not disappointed, especially for a brunch after night one :) The food, drinks and most importantly the service was great! We will for sure be making the time for the one in Austin.

Last minute lunch reservation for 7. Our table was ready when we arrived. Service was excellent and the food was amazing! Everyone loved their meals and the pretzel and cheese appetizer.

Overall the restaurant is beautiful,We had a nice high top table but the stools are very uncomfortable just fyi if you want to sit and enjoy your meal for any length of time I do not recommend these tables. Our food was OK. I had the salad and did not care for the barbecue chicken on it. Other family members had the burger and sandwiches and they said they were good, overall, I think it was just my poor choice in ordering would not get that salad again. They had a band playing during our dinner and they were fabulous. The ambience is very nice. They have a huge bar and plenty of seating. Our server was wonderful, very tentative.
