Food was great! Really like the patio area, but the music was really loud. When we told the waitress, she shrugged and said there was nothing to be done. She was not very attentive to the table overall. Didn't ask if people needed water and was absent for long stretches of time
The front desk staff left a poor first impression as they seemed more focused on their own conversations than on guests, and the service felt inattentive and unfriendly. That said, the rest of the experience more than made up for it. Our server was excellent, attentive without being overbearing, offered thoughtful recommendations, and really paid attention to our preferences. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere struck a nice balance between relaxed and energetic.
Our waiter was awesome, he was training but did a phenomenal job. His trainer was equally awesome. It was prom so it took a little while to be seated but all was well. We were there to see the band so after dinner we had a couple drinks at the bar and the bartenders were also great! The food is always good!
