“Unbelievable food! Amazing service. The Q-Rolls are spectacular. Wings fantastic. Prime rib second to none. We were in from out of town and stopped here for dinner and were blown away by what a quality dinner we experienced. Can’t wait to come back to Phoenix for golf and Bobby-Q. Place is crazy good.“

“Huge portions, always fresh, sauces are AMAZING!!! Everything on the menu is delicious!! One plate is enough to split for two people or a kids meal for one person if you aren't a big eater. The drinks are great too. Love the appetizers too, don't miss those!“

“Edited to update: Tried it again hoping they had improved. I was pleasantly surprised that the brisket was pull apart tender, cut in proper thinner slices (not the 1 inch tough chunks like last time). The brisket had great bark and smoke flavor. I hope it stays this way so we can start going here regularly again. Thanks!
Old review:
Rudy's used to be our favorite place but the last three times we've eaten there it has been terrible. They are not cooking the Brisket properly any longer and it is inedible.
We go there for the brisket sandwich and the brisket is undercooked, flavorless, no bark, and as tough as shoe leather. We couldn't even bite through the brisket and it was like chewing rubber bands. You should be able to easily pull brisket apart but you actually can't pull this apart at all...requires a knife to saw through it. The last three visits have been the exact same and we've had to throw our dinner out.
Don't know how the other meats are as we go there for the brisket and green chili stew. We won't be back until they fire the pitmaster and get someone that knows how to cook brisket.“

“Had the sampler. Ribs pork chicken beans and corn. Ribs were the best thing. Fall off the bone, no teeth needed. The pulled pork was delicious also. Beans simple and good. Chicken wasn't as good, dry, kind of hard. Next time Ribs all the way.“

Restaurant was very clean, staff greeted us with a smile and a welcome in. Food was delivered quickly and hot.
Brisket-tender and moist good flavor no sauce needed. But I did try the original and mamas sweet with no regrets.
Ribs were tender and juicy great rub DELICIOUS
Burnt Ends all I can say is oh my god.. pure meat candy!
Waffle Fries were awesome as well with just the right amount of seasoning
My wife and daughter(12) raved over there turkey and my daughter loved the Mac and cheese (her favorite) so much that we ordered a pint to go.
And judging by the sauce all over his face and an empty plate my son (11) enjoyed his wings which were quite large I might add
All in all it was a great experience and we will be going back“

The food came out hot and ready and left us oooing and ahhhhing with the savoring flavors. My bro got a rack of ribs and I had the best brisket I’ve ever tasted. “Dickey's Barbecue Pit dished up some delicious barbecue! The brisket was soft and flavorful, the ribs were nicely smoked, and the side dishes were great. The staff was nice, and the service was prompt. A terrific place for a hearty barbecue lunch. Definitely returning for more!“

“So tasty! Omgosh, the steak was melt in your mouth wonderful! The Mac and cheese was so creamy and I loved the top crunch! The strawberrie cream cheese was the best I EVER had. It was wonderful. I found AZBarbeque Catering and tried them out. I highly recommend this place; their food was amazing and I have highly recommend them for your next catering needs. “I called last minute on Monday for a Wednesday catered event for 20 people. They said they could meet all of my demands. They found a driver to deliver sooner than usual, the driver was on time & courteous, offered to help me set up, and the food was amazing! 5 stars ALL DAY LONG! Thank you, Rudy's bbq!“
