5 stars for Robin! I have been to this location many times and I specifically remember this friendly young lady helping me in the past. As someone who works in customer service, she is what I strive to be. Friendly, Smiling, And delightful :)
People usually wanna leave the bad review so I needed to make sure I came by with a good one.

Carl's Jr. is a restaurant that receives positive reviews for its fresh, hot food and friendly service. Many customers appreciate the quality of the meals, noting that the burger and fried zucchini are consistently fresh and well-prepared. The onion rings, in particular, are praised for being cooked long enough and tasting good without old grease. The staff at this location are often described as polite, professional, and caring, with some customers highlighting the friendly attitude of employees who go out of their way to provide good customer service. One employee was especially mentioned for their warmth and helpfulness, making the dining experience more enjoyable.
The restaurant is also known for its cleanliness and good presentation, with employees dressed neatly. The location operates 24 hours, making it convenient for late-night or early-morning visits. Customers frequently mention that their orders are correct, and food is served hot and fresh. The drive-thru service is generally efficient, with staff members being courteous and respectful.
However, there was a concern raised about cup sizes and beverage portions. One customer experienced confusion over the size of a 24oz lemonade, which felt inconsistent when poured into a 16.9oz water bottle, leading to questions about possible inaccuracies or miscommunication regarding cup sizes. The manager explained it as a matter of ice, but the customer felt the situation pointed to a need for better training to prevent potential misunderstandings or perceived rip-offs.
Overall, Carl's Jr. is appreciated for its quality food, friendly staff, and cleanliness, though improvements in consistency and communication regarding beverage sizes could enhance the experience.
