We celebrated our 12-year wedding anniversary here, and it was nothing short of amazing. I've lived in Tucson my entire life and had never visited before, so it was a special place for both my husband and me to experience together. We requested outdoor seating, and the view of the course was breathtaking. In the distance, we saw cows, horses, and ducks, and the trees and mountain views alone made the setting feel perfect and peaceful. The quite atmosphere was much needed...
Steak was undercooked (asked for Med Rare, came out closer to blue in the middle), when we told the waitress she brought it back to the kitchen and brought the same steak back out only a few minutes later and walked away, and the steak looked like it had been basted in a pan for a minute cooking the parter that had been cut, but not cooking the rest through. She didn't return for awhile and we were too hungry to wait so just started eating.
We enjoy the team of servers. The service level we experienced this visit was not on par with our past visits. The food quality was good, but not our typical experience. We remain fans, just need to reevaluate server systems and food selections.
