Consistently disappoints. When you unwrap the flowers, petals fall off and stems are broken, rotten foliage. One birthday, they forgot to make my custom pre-ordered arrangement for my wife’s birthday. Today, my crab cake went in the garbage - overpowering smell and too salty to stomach. I tried a lobster tail there once - smelled like ammonia (not fresh). The deli closes earlier than posted hours and they won’t help you. We will only go for specialty products when we are at Encantada for other reasons.

Awesome store combining a flair of upscale items along with a slightly farmers market feel in the produce and floral departments. Jocelyn is the floral manager and the presentation of fresh, live, and artificial plants was appealing. I purchased red tipped jade which must be a special valentines option, as I haven't seen them there before. I also spoke with Joe from the produce department who seemed very knowledgeable and was sincerely friendly as he answered all my questions. The store was very clean and all the staff was personable. The heirloom tomatoes were a bonus purchase we thoroughly enjoyed!

Good sushi. Mitchell served me. He’s been there for five years plus. Quality meal at a reasonable price, friendly service.. $25

A beautiful store in a beautiful place. This specialty grocery store has top of the line food, wines, etc. Don’t miss the bakery with a reasonably priced assortment of desserts and pastries; coffee is delicious and the ice tea is popular! I had a decadent pb pie and latte for $10. The patio is perfect for meeting up with friends with 10+ tables with shade or sunny options.

Great selection of ingredients and new brands to try. Lots of options for gluten free/celiacs. The sushi is great for supermarket sushi.

Sushi bar closed an hour early claiming that they closed just because they can????

There NY Cheesecake was amazing, it looks simple but was the best cake I tried there. Its not too airy and is very filling, suitable to eat for more than one person or enough to have extra for later. I highly recommend!

Management is cool with bad service in the deli. If you want bad service then go there.

Great little Coffee Shop and Bakery. I went there with my Pastor having never been before. It's now my favorite and can't wait to come back.

I just spent over $400 on this cut of meat. The butcher asked me if I would like it trimmed I said do I need to have it trimmed? He said no there’s nothing to trim. It’s just not my first disappointment here this one is just outrageous. See the pictures for yourself. I guess don’t trust them. Watch them trim it.

AJ's Fine Foods offers delicious prepared items in their Bistro, first-rate meat and seafood, and absolutely the finest service in town. The Bistro staff (thank you Jason!) are hard working and professional. The cashiers are courteous and service-oriented as well. It is obvious this store CARES about its customers and I am delighted to shop there on a regular basis. Btw- the omelette bar on weekends is also delicious and the ambiance of the outdoor patio and grill is a great addition to the Tucson outdoor dining scene. Highly recommended!
