“The ice cream is fantastic. The customer service is also very good. They are polite and professional. The sad thing is that the interior of the place needs a total overhaul. Suggest buying your ice cream. They are eating it outside or taking it home and enjoying it at home. It's sad that such a good product is being represented in a store that you don't really want to sit down in their chairs. Also you cannot reach them by phone. Their phone is out of service. I have also called to the corporate office of Baskin-Robbins and made them aware of this. Thank you employees so much of this Baskin-Robbins for making it as nice as possible. “They barely get 2 stars because the ice cream was great but the service was horrible. The 4 of us came in at 8:15 and the lady proceeded to tell us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody even asked for a sample. Then she stated rudely that the lobby closes in 10 minutes. Also there was a guy outside with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes. This was after I asked him where I should park and he still went right over and started blowing dirt everywhere. He could have just skipped that little spot but I guess he couldn't resist. I don't think he spoke English or he just didn't care. I'm attaching a video.
