If I could give them 0 stars I would. More than a handful of times I’ve gone an hour to at least an hour and a half before closing and they are limited flavors that makes no sense. I can’t order a milk shake because their blenders are cleaned for the night so they immediately cut you off when you say you want a milk shake. The workers here close them selfs up an hour before closing which shouldn’t be okay if they close at 10. Unacceptable and I’m sure there is no manager...read full review
I would give them less than a star if it was possible. I have bought ice cream cakes twice here and both times they have messed up my order. The customer service sucks. Every employee I've dealt with is rude and has I don't care attitude. The appearance on the inside is filthy. I refuse to ever step into this facility again!

For some reason, only about 1/4 of the flavors are labeled, so you have to ask an employee to go though all of them. They share a location, and apparently, also employees, with the Dunkin', which is fine but odd. The ice cream tastes adequate, but wasn't placed in the center of the cone, just on top, meaning we got less than expected.
