The staff for take-out orders need training in customer service skills and so do some waiters (guys). It's been my experience that they don't know how to be polite and say "I actually don't work in the take-out order department, but let me find you someone who can help you." Which I'm sure they can easily help out if they wanted to. Instead they say "Hold on. I don't work here." The mashed potatoes tasted like there was to much salt I said something to the server an was told there's no salt in our mashed potatoes. Sad to be lied to. The steak was amazing the rootbeer was in my top 100. Menu was dirty under the table was dirt the bench had crumbs in it and the coaster was sticking to my glass it has sticky stuff on it. Overall the place needs some care taken. Tlc. I don't want to talk about the floors here.
