I love eating out at Bonchon with my family but One thing I do hate is the wait times and last time I’ve been there which was not long ago my sister and brother again she didn’t receive her food until we had left.. and not even that they had forgotten a couple stuff.. but it’s okay ☝🏻☝🏻
Food is pretty good for fast food style korean.
College crowd atmosphere with several TV's and music.
Little to no service. Order at a kiosk (if you haven't already tried an item, here, it is hard to know what ti expect with many items) and help yourrself to utensils, drinks, etc. Very minimal contact with staff.

Food was absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I snagged a big platter and feasted on their crispy delectable chicken and pot stickers like we were royalty 👑 the woman who rang me up was incredibly sweet, making me feel comfortable while I decided what to choose. Definitely going there again very soon.
