I’ve been coming here forever! I was eating here this morning and some guy got weirdly aggressive with the manager Ashley after she was kind enough to give him a heads up about a price change and explained why. Always had great customer service here - shoutout to Ashley for how she handled it! She was professional and kind throughout. Great manager.
Food was actually pretty good considering I havnt been to a BB in a few years. Service was ok, could be better, I WILL say however that the girl working the coffee counter yesterday made a mean Carmel iced coffee and I mean a DAMN GOOD and refreshing iced coffee. Black coffee, just enough Carmel! My only complaint is her attitude. Cheer up, it aint that bad, life could always be worse, I know you probably dont want to be at work,but focus at the task at hand, take it one order...read full review
