First visit today and I can't believe we didn't try it sooner. We just returned from an extended visit to Portland, Oregon where they're crazy for good bagels and thought we'd have to go through withdrawal here in Tucson. But the bagels here are world-class! The only problem is nothing else locally comes close. It's a hike for us to get to this store but I can see already that we will be regulars. Tucson is lucky to have Bubbe's!
Our manager at work brought in bagels from your place this week and wow, the best bagel I’ve ever tasted! So fresh, soft on the inside and just right amount crunch on the outside. Very filling and perfect! Can’t wait to visit your shop soon!!
They can teach a master class on the amount of cream cheese they put on their bagels. It is so delicious. They are quick with their service. I can't wait to go back when I'm back in town.
