“I went through the drive thu today having a horrrible day however a worker i believe her name was bianca or blanca. But she made sure to get my order right and gave me the best service i ever received especially when it comes to drive thru. Service i will most definitely be. Going back she deserves a raise and other workers should take notes ..thank you bianca il be back soon 🤟“

“This review isn’t about the food or the atmosphere because my expectations aren’t high on the food. Plus the location of this establishment isn’t the best area due to addiction.

But, I will say the service I receive at this location has been excellent. There is one person in particular by the name of Fernando who has displayed great customer service skills. “Came in couple weeks ago in the drive-through my car broke down in the drive thru my car wouldn’t start and that’s when KEVIN who I think was the manager if not he acted like one he helped me move my car out the drive thru and Into a safe spot not one but TWICE and another employee helped which I don’t remember the name of Needless to say will always be coming back and truly appreciate an employee like Kevin“

“This location is spot on when the God forgive me butt ginger gentleman supervisor is working he is spot on and the food is always hot fast and fresh when he is working (younger staff) is always on point for some reason. If he is not working it's so inconsistent and that's kinda terrible that the GM and the older dude that typically always only works up front that seem to not like their jobs very much and hate when you make a few simple little requests on your order or use a coupon. Food today was not fresh kinda sad about my order not really living up to the new BK standard“

Then.. you can sit in your air conditioned car instead of waiting in line . Then.. just walk in at the specified time..

“I am going to put this out there that this place is the best place to go to. The red head women that works at night is the best of them all. I have been there multiple times and she is always friendly, I have never once seen her go off on anybody. She has been disrespected multiple times by customers and im there to tell you those frys do go down for self cleaning on there own. And as the restaurant states you can not cross contaminated food so if that fryer is down for cleaning there is nothing you can do but wait. I was a manager once and im going to tell u If I were to find out my employees cross contaminated they lose there job because that is a hazard due to allergies. So I am going to put out there she is an amazing woman for doing the right thing.“

Im a whataburga guy and this location has me here instead of getting some Whataburga.Telling you the crew in the morning have us here craving it every single workday of the week. “I went there tonight and had perfect service. I went to drive threw the lady was really nice and the young man at the window Zae was very professional. They had to park me for my food to cook and Zae got it out to me in less then 2 minutes. I was very pleased with my service from the crew.“

“I love it here every time I go here which is often. They still greet you at the register. They don't act like you are an inconvenience. I always get the Vanilla Cone and Chicken Nuggets. Unlike McDonalds they always have the Vanilla Cone and they always give me two sauces when I order the 8 nuggets. I often get the whopper too but that is during the day. Last time I was there a black female was on the register and she was courteous and quick. Good at her job. 9:00pm Early April“

“I went through the drive through and honestly if I was the worker i would have been annoyed with me. i asked many questions and took a while to order. i think the girls name was elisa? she stayed very polite and patient with me and i really appreciated her help!!“
