Burger King in Tucson

“Jackie provided an excellent experience. I placed my order using the drive thru. She was polite and concise, my purchase was accurate and handed to me with a smile. If the many years of abuse at the hands of women and their use of authorities to enforce their will upon me didn't happen to me I would have considered Jackie as a rational delightful person that expressed a genuine sense of welcoming. “I really like the genuine hospitality that I receive every time I come to my neighborhood Burger King. The staff always treats me with respect and makes sure my order is always correct.

Parking: The parking lot itself has approximately 6 spots to park right in front of the store but the parking lot is shared with Fry's parking lot and the number of spots is numerous!

Kid-friendliness: Burger King here definitely decorated to the max for the various holidays throughout the year! The kiddos will love it and they do love it!

Wheelchair accessibility: Although there are no stairs to get into this BK, there are no automatic doors for wheelchairs. Get with the times BK!!! I had to help a poor lady get inside and then helped her leave out a completely different door than she entered!!!“

“I enjoy Burger King in general and there Original Chicken Sandwich is my go to order for travel or quick lunch on a busy day. On this particular day, I received great news about my health! In celebration between Doctor appointments, I took time to stop and relish in my feelings by going to Burger King and really enjoy the wholesome meal. “Eliana who I asked her name was the best customer service Manger I ever Delt with she was very professional I had first went into the burger King on Irvington and campbell I've been going to that Burger King for years And And I never have any problems but this night was horrible. There was 3 younger kids working completely disrespectful. Completely rude, not helpful at all. Didn't know what they were doing and it was just wrong. I'm pregnant, so I'm already emotional. And it was just a bad experience. So me and my husband ended up going to the Burger King on Valencia and front of the airport and there was a young lady.She is a manager and her name is Eliana I think they were about ready to close, but she ended up serving me anyways. Very respectful even made extra chicken for me when she didn't have to cause it was late. Offered me a drink. I had told her about the experience. I had at the other Burger King. And that's why I ended up at her store and she apologized. A lot for the experience I had at the other one. She was a wonderful young lady. She made me happy she made my night better. And I'll go back there from now on. Instead of going to the wall that's convenient and close to my house. Just because people are very rude and disrespectful and it's not right. People shouldn't act like that. I had even explained to her that I was pregnant and that I was very emotional and again.She apologized and told me.I didn't deserve to be Treated like that and made me feel a lot better again.Recommend this burger king highly“

“Late at night when I'm hungry, this is the only place I'll order from and Angel is a big reason why. All of my orders are hot, fresh and accurate when I receive them and he always greets me with a smile on his face. He also has been a huge help when it has come to picking up DoorDash orders at night as well!
I will definitely continue to come back as long as he is working here“

“This isn’t the only Burger King by my house but it’s the one I go to! Everyone that works there is so nice and professional- you can tell the manager on shift makes the employees comfortable and really takes pride in his work. “You can't lose with BK, best customer service in fast food. Big hearty fries & vegan options. Chicken and dairy desserts need improvement. This location has a good view of Mt Lemmon & 2 tvs. UV pest control.

“i ordered from the app , a large order and hallelujah !!! , they actually had it ready and bagged up to go . Also all 15 burgers were hot and fresh and were neatly put together not thrown together like yesterday's trash .....

Could tell everybody was working hard the food was fresh they had us pull around front to wait and it was only a minute or two before fresh food was brought out.
