Customer service has gotten poor. Used to go here several times a month. It's been months since I ordered food since last time they had me park to give me my order. Was 15 minutes of waiting so I went in and they told me they forgot I was waiting and gave me a pie for the inconvenience. I tried them out again today and they had me park and I waited nearly 10 minutes just for fries and had to get them myself. They never have biscuits in the morning either and burgers are always sloppy. I love their fries but McDonald's has better customer service.“
“I recently visited Burger King and had a good experience overall.
The wait in the drive-thru was a bit long, but the employee at the window apologized for the delay and was courteous, which I appreciated.
The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted good. I especially enjoyed the hash browns. It was also nice that they included plenty of napkins and ketchup packets without us having to ask.
Overall, a solid visit despite the wait.“
