“Very nice customer service and fast service. Place is usually quite and there is always seating area. Parking is limited but there is parking on the back of the Restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids have a small play area and a few video game machines installed between eating area and kids play area.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair ramps and handicap parking in front of restaurant.“

“I was extremely shocked and impressed by the service I received today at lunch time! It was around 12: 20 pm on 3/30 and witnessed a very big long line in drive thru so decided to get down. I was greeted by a very friendly male cashier. Took my order and was in and out within 5 mins or less! I was shocked by the quick service even with the lunch hour rush they had. Food was freshly made, made correctly and fast! Unfortunately I didn't get a name and threw out the recipet before posting a review. But the whole crew that worked this day at that time need recognized! Thank you again!“
“I had a free oreo shake and Robert cashier told me their ice cream machine was not working and apologized. I sat in their eating area waiting for the wife to finish shopping at Walmart. Within about a minute after I sat down, Robert came and brought me a free Hershey's pie. Thank you sir!“

“I don't typically review fast food restaurants, but I have to give credit when appropriate. This group came through on service, efficiency, taste and value. The order-taker (young tall thin black dude) was helpful with our order of wraps (spicy and honey mustard, Whopper Duo, Whopper Jr w/Cheese, Value Onion Rings and Medium Fries. I don't think even 60 seconds passed before my order number was called. The food was hot and as good as advertised. The restaurant was clean and organized inside. $22.01 out the door for both of us. We'll be back.“

“My main complaint has nothing to do with this particular restaurant. But the BK chain itself. If you're not a coffee drinker they have zero breakfast deals on the app. You pay considerably more if you want soda. I don't understand why they screw over those who don't drink coffee.The positive is the staff here are always very friendly n fast. The food is good. I highly recommend this location.“
“Stopped in and had two Whopper jrs for five bucks. I was indecisive with the lady taking my order but she took it in stride ?. It was clean inside and this is a small Burger King location but I think they're moving that way everywhere. There are quite a few homeless people hanging around outside and around the parking lot.Parking: There's tons of parking since it shares a parking lot with many other stores.“
“My husband and I had an outstanding experience here. The staff working there was very friendly and helpful! Everything seemed clean and upbeat. The food came out quickly. We had been shopping at Basha's, which is higher up behind this Burger King. However, you can park your car on the upper level and walk down some steps directly to the Burger King building. Or, if you drive on the road next to the Burger King there is an entrance from the road into the restaurant.“

“Eliana who I asked her name was the best customer service Manger I ever Delt with she was very professional I had first went into the burger King on Irvington and campbell I've been going to that Burger King for years And And I never have any problems but this night was horrible. There was 3 younger kids working completely disrespectful. Completely rude, not helpful at all. Didn't know what they were doing and it was just wrong. I'm pregnant, so I'm already emotional. And it was just a bad experience. So me and my husband ended up going to the Burger King on Valencia and front of the airport and there was a young lady.She is a manager and her name is Eliana I think they were about ready to close, but she ended up serving me anyways. Very respectful even made extra chicken for me when she didn't have to cause it was late. Offered me a drink. I had told her about the experience. I had at the other Burger King. And that's why I ended up at her store and she apologized. A lot for the experience I had at the other one. She was a wonderful young lady. She made me happy she made my night better. And I'll go back there from now on. Instead of going to the wall that's convenient and close to my house. Just because people are very rude and disrespectful and it's not right.
