“This restaurant was not busy at all when I came, they have a lot of nice deals, and they accept the deals out of the burger King app. They charge for water, though I just asked them for a regular water and they charged me.In general, not bad, though. They asked me to pull over to a special reserve for drive through area.So that I wouldn't hold up the lime while waiting for my food, so that's nice for people who are in a hurry“
“I used to work in walking distance and they would greet me by name as I'd come in to pick up my online orders, always smiling and quick. Love these ladies! I recently moved to another work location so I took my E-bike over to pick up my online order. Ready as soon as I walked in, handed directly over to me.
I placed the order in my rear basket of the E-bike and left, but when I got to my building I found that it fell out, rode back half way to find it scattered all over the dirt road I took. E-Bikes are fast!
Came back the BK, asked them if they could remake my order and they did, no hassle, no questions. I explained to them what happened and they understood, I would have been happy to pay for it again as it was not a huge order, but they did it for free. This is how good service should be, and I will be back because they have always taken care of me.
