I am always in a search of a good birria and I found one in Tucson that is called a quesabirria burger -it's queso(cheese),birria but as a burger and not the traditional taco. It even came with a consomme (birria broth)!They also have one of the best cornbreads I've ever had that I ordered another one to bring back to Seattle. Honestly..we ate here when they first opened and it was excellent! We took visitors last week and we were all disappointed! EVERYTHING was way too hot..as in spicy heat! Even the hush puppies were covered in hot tartar sauce instead of being served on the side as before, and it wasn't so spicy last time. Very disappointing this time. Our waitress, however, was really awesome! I've forgotten her name but she was the best part of our visit!

I had one of their signature cocktails, the Delta Sweet Tea (or something similar) and it was good but I saw a bottle of Van Winkle 10yr behind the bar on the way out and wish I’d ordered that instead.
Hush puppies were on point. Nice and crispy, a tiny bit of heat at the end.
