To be truthful, we only visited the Commissary, Exchange and the Gas Station.They all seemed very well organized, clean and streamlined tidy. From a veteran non-resident's point of view, the Air Force bases located in the desert all seem the same. But, worth checking out for gas, food and/or lodging, if you have the access!
lodging was very good but the base it self is dismal. Nothing is open any longer. Movie theater, bowling alley, and NCO are all closed. Apparently not enough staff to run any longer.
