So I had heard since I moved back here in 22 tod El corral wasn't the place it used to be. Friend and I went there for dinner recently. Service was warm. Friendly food was great. The prime rib was excellent. The decor is a bit outdated, but some probably tell you that's what they're attracted to.
It had been at least ten years since I previously visited El Corral and now I am wondering why it took me so long to return. I don't eat a lot of beef so I was very happy to try their salmon and it was fantastic. The serving portion was large with a wonderful flavor. The entree included a nice salad and one side. I chose the tamale pie which is an El Corral classic. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Arizona Cut Prime Rib. Our waiter was great, especially considering...
Food was amazing. Beautiful scenery and wonderful staff. I had the prime rib my wife had the petite filet and the kids had burger and tenders. I normally do not like prime rib, but I had to try it since I saw good review and yes I lived it. I think it was the best prime rib I ever had.
