I was charged gratuity without my knowledge for 3 adults 2 kids, the server refuse to take it off of the bill. I almost left a tip if I had not noticed.

You get to go around and pick your own food, with a variety of healthy options including veggies, or meat types. Then a separate section of a wide selection of desserts as well.
The food was absolutely amazing, I ate my whole plate and even got dessert, the server was kind, and they would check all tables if assistance was needed occasionally. They even refilled our drinks without us even needing to ask, they just saw them empty, and asked if we wanted a refill.
