Go to the Locale Neighborhood Italian Restaurant on Alvernon instead of this place the food and ambiance is so much better there. After an hour of waiting to order food, the waitress we had told us we needed to find her to tell her we wanted to order our food. When we asked for a manager to ask about that policy, the manager REFUSED to even come out and talk to us, how cowardous. Looking to report this restaurant to the Better Business Bureau with my attorney for bias and illegal labor restrictions. Everyone in the staff told me the only person cooking in the kitchen is the owner, I wonder how unsanitary that becomes due to cross contamination with just 1 person cooking for a restaurant full of people absolutely not.

After trying this restaurant the first time we visited Tucson two years ago we wanted to enjoy a dinner there tonight. Sadly it was not to be. We were given bread and water and sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, it never happened and we left and found another place to dine. We'll find another Italian restaurant to dine at in the future.

The service is awful here, waited 30 minutes for a to go order here and the only reason I got help was because the bartender came over to ask if she could help me. All the other wait staff have a stick up their butt, they all saw me waiting and didn't ask if I needed help or anything. I will never order here again!

This place was swamped! We had a reservation and they were able to seat us timely. They communicated well and told us things may take a little longer due to some large groups so we were prepared to sit and relax. They brought bread immediately and the house salad was fresh and yummy. The food was fantastic! I had the penne in vodka sauce and hubby had the bolognese.
