Let me set the scene. I’m an uber eats delivery driver part time and had a %100 positive satisfaction rating from hundreds of orders under my belt! It was very busy when I walked in, loud and everyone enjoying their friends and family. I asked for my order that I was picking up and the waitress told me to hold a sec. She came back and said, “we’re busy and it’s going to be awhile.” I said, “okay. About how long do you think?” She said, “15mins but, there are...read full review
One of the absolute worst experiences of my life! Never again will I go to this establishment. The owners should be absolutely ashamed. Hostesses intentionally hitting their guests with high chairs, failing to have a table ready for a reservation made, leaving us stand in the middle of the restaurant as two staff members fought about where to sit us. Giuseppe’s is an Italian restaurant located on N Oracle Rd in Tucson, AZ, inside a plaza with a beautiful view. The atmosphere is amazing, with live music that is perfectly balanced and not too loud, so conversation is easy. The restaurant feels like a spot frozen in time from the 1900s in a good nostalgic way, like entering someone’s home. Service is prompt, friendly, and super friendly; staff are attentive, professional, and quick. The menu is amazing with remarkable choices, including a full bar and decent wine list. The stuffed mushrooms are a must, the cheese bread was crazy good, and the garlic cheesy bread was great. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the Caesar salad was perfectly dressed. Pasta, pork, and spumoni ice cream come highly recommended. Prices are manageable and very reasonable. The restaurant was bustling, seating was prompt, and both indoor and outdoor seating are available, with plenty of art to admire.
