My husband and I visited IHOP St. Peter’s MO for breakfast on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Our server, Latoya, provided great service initially. However, the situation changed when it was time to pay.

We waited almost 20 minutes just to be acknowledged, even though the waitress clearly saw us and wasn’t busy for at least 15 of those minutes. No smile, no greeting — just a flat “do you know what you want.” Customer service is a skill she simply does not possess.

Great service from start to finish very pleasant atmosphere here friendly servers and manager too. Food hits the table hot and great value on menu too.
