Our neighbor gave us a Jersey Mike's gift card which prompted us to experience Jersey Mike's for the very first time. We were absolutely impressed by the friendly, cheerful employee, Alexis, and her so-employee Matthew! The sandwiches were so much better than Subway which we usually go to near our home. My husband and I decided we will be coming to Jersey Mike's for sub sandwiches from now on! Thank you for your great-quality sandwiches and the excellent customer service!
I’m not much to post reviews but this place sucks beyond belief. You guys are the absolute worst. Horrible service. Bad attitudes. Dirty store. Boyfriend and I ordered online and you waited for us to get here to tell us you didn’t have white bread. Couldn’t figure out how to process a refund.
