Onlince orders can't be cancelled even 30 seconds after they are placed, forcing user to either pay more money for another order, or go out of their way for the first order they wanted to cancel

The advertised two wraps for 5 but the promotion was over and they would not honor the sign. Took a long time to get our food.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has received mixed reviews. Recent changes under a new manager have led to some customers praising the fast food as amazingly good, especially for chicken lovers with deals like the 6 $ BOX, which includes 2 pieces of bone-in chicken or 3-piece chicken strips, 2 sides, a biscuit, and an optional drink for just an extra dollar. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ground level entrance and a gently sloping ramp. Customers have noted that the cashier staff is friendly and helpful, often bringing orders to tables and making efforts to ensure a good experience.
However, there have been issues with order packing, including missing sauces, children's meal items, and incorrect orders, though recent visits show improvements. Some customers have pointed out that the food is generally enjoyable, but the side dishes, like the red beans and rice, can be dry or not fresh, with rice sometimes hard and crunchy, and beans dried up. Despite this, the biscuits are often praised for their taste, being surprisingly fresh and delicious. Customers have also experienced slow service at times, but when managed well, staff have been attentive and committed to making things right. Overall, Popeyes offers tasty chicken options and a variety of deals, with ongoing efforts to improve order accuracy and speed.
