I called to ask questions about the products that are sold on their website as I am new to kratom. The associate was very knowledgeable and suggested products based on my needs (pain relief, possible opiate withdrawal). I made the purchase online and it was shipped the next day at a reasonable price. I am satisfied with their products and will be a customer for the foreseeable future! 10 out of 10!!!
