We’ve been coming here since they opened, it’s one of our overall favorite places. Delicious ramen! If I’m not in the mood for ramen, then it’s the Mt Fuji Don rice bowl. The service is excellent, even during exceptionally busy times.

Came in looking for vegan options and was happy to see them clearly marked with a leaf icon on the menu. They offer seaweed edamame as an appetizer, two vegan ramen options, a vegetable tempura rice bowl, and one vegan sushi roll. I went with the vegetable tempura rice bowl. The tempura itself was really good—nice balance of sweet and salty. The bowl was pretty rice-heavy though, and I would’ve liked more vegetables. Outdoor seating is nice but...
