I found this place on the way to work one day and popped in to grab a few pastries for my students. When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by a friendly French man sitting down at a table inside. A lady then brought out some fresh almond croissants and set them on the counter. Pretty good food! I got one baguette, two turnovers, and a danish. The kids enjoyed their turnovers and my mum and I split the danish and we both agreed it was delicious. The only thing that disappointed us was that the baguette could have had more of a crust. But we threw it in the oven for a few minutes to get it to our liking. At least the lady behind the counter made a valiant attempt to find the crunchiest baguette she had.

I was nervous placing an advance order since another establishment lost my holiday order in a previous year - but La Baguette absolutely delivered. I ordered Thanksgiving pies (Cherry and Pumpkin) and a dozen dinner rolls, and everything was outstanding. The pies had perfectly flaky, delicious crusts, and the rolls were fantastic.
