Met two ladies for lunch today at the Longhorn on Broadway. It was almost 1 so it was busy with the lunch crowd. We waited maybe two minutes to be seated in a booth. Our server was Haley, “like the comet’. Very helpful, smiled and asked right away what we wanted to drink on this hot 🥵 day; gave us time to look at the menu. She took our orders and brought us a warm loaf bread with butter. Our entrees were generous from the lunch menu that was well priced. I got the mixed...
We waited about 15 minutes to be acknowledged at the host booth.
They had no one working it.
However, the restaurant was busy.
Once we had a table and server, things changed for the better.
Very attentive waitress.
Attention to detail, considerate and thoughtful in her service.
I think their prime rib was absolutely delicious and will definitely come back when I'm in town!!!

Not sure what happened to this location but it’s now meh at best. The food is meh, when you’re a steakhouse the sides shouldn’t be the highlight.
Not sure if quality of ingredients suffered or it’s the skill, but I’d much rather cook at home than tolerate another butchered meal me from here.
