New kid on the block comes out swinging. Out of this world BBQ. Great flavor, do your stomach a favor. Set up in Medella Vine on Houghton Rd. Will not disappoint. My wife and I shared a plate and filled us both up and I'm a big guy. Generous portions and amazing taste....support small local business with huge taste
It good to eat in lunch time
We experienced Marc's Blue BBQ and all in all it was good considering that his current smoker is too small to keep up with the demand. Marc did say he has a larger smoker being built which will help. The brisket was very good. The tenderness, it was moist and good flavor. The ribs were good but maybe a smidgen dry but his homemade bbq sauce paired well with the ribs.
