It was our first time here tonight and we will definitely be back. The food was delicious. The woman at the register was great and answered all of our questions. The little self serve station has everything you need and is well-maintained.
We started off reading the reviews why waiting for our food to cool off and I was so surprise with some of the reviews what they said about this place. First one was that you have to get your own menus . Well any restaurant we went to that had Japanese food you always had to get your own menus and go up to the counter and pay so this didn’t bother us at all. The customer service soon as we opened up the door they told us about it. The 2 women were very friendly, wish I remembered...
Amazing food, amazing experience!! Crystal was particularly knowledgeable about the menu, and made wonderful recommendations!! I ended up having the tonkatsu ramen bowl with a side of karaage chicken, and a pork bao bun. So good!! Generous portions. The plating was also very pleasing to the eye, it looked as good as it tasted! A+++++
