Food was great and loved that they had a vegan market there also.
The place is a lovely place, great food and has items to take home. 12/10 would recommend.
This place is great. They have a well stocked market, lots of vegan snacks, treats, and sundries. They have a great selection of baked goods and a large menu, plenty of comfortable seating, and a great vibe. I got the Reuben, macaroni salad, and potato salad. Everything was great. Definitely the best place in Tucson. Updated from previous review on 2025-03-21
Very much enjoyed the reuben and the “egg” salad sandwiches. Also great to be able to pick up vegan supplies.
Very friendly staff, love the items they have available in the market. We ordered chocolate chip cookies(that were amazing) tuna sandwich, cheese burger, Philly cheesesteak, and a crunch wrap. Highly recommend grabbing some chocolates!
The food here is rad but I needed two entrees to feel full. I was hiking the Arizona Trail though so my hiker hunger was insane. I bought expensive candy bars here for the hike and they were really good but super sugary (I mean they’re candy bars so I’m not really complaining). Expensive!
Wheelchair accessibility: Curb to enter, large open space inside. Bathroom is small and requires assistance to access in BOH.

Great service, great vegan food! Not pictured but I have to rave about their gluten free rice krispy treats. I don’t have a gluten allergy so I’m not a fan of gluten free things but this was THE best vegan rice krispy treat ever!! We also got the French dip, the BLT, and no-animal style fries which were delicious!

All things vegan 🙌🏽 No more feeling left out!! In this bright, cafe style, queer friendly space all of your vegan food dreams can come true. I had such a hard time deciding with so many mouthwatering options, but I landed on chicken & waffles to devour immediately and a breakfast sammy with egg, cheese and Canadian bacon to go! There is also a selection of vegan groceries and I bought a few cheeses as well. The breakfast sandwich on an English muffin was my favorite, and it somehow magically traveled four hours and survived a microwave and STILL was amazing! The service was super friendly, and the food came out pretty quick. Absolutely sold on this place and I can’t wait to return!

When this place first opened, I wasn't very impressed. But my most recent visit changed my mind. My burger was amazing, generous in size, and the tots as well. Very friendly staff, and some great items for sale. The Blackbird pizza!
Highly recommend this place now.
Just had the grilled cheese and it was amazing as well. The artichoke hearts are an excellent touch.

The milkshake was phenomenal. Portions were large and the price was great. Caroline served me at the front and was beyond helpful in my first time at a purely vegan restaurant. I’m not in Tucson often, but when I am, I’ll be coming back.

Greatest place we’ve ever been. Every food item we used to eat, but vegan and most of the food tastes better than the non vegan food I remember.

I adore this place and I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to write a review. Their vegan sandwiches (vegan “tuna” and egg salad) give me all the satisfaction of my meat-eating days. Their crinkle cut fries are always cooked to crispy perfection. My partner loves their burgers. Every dessert I’ve tried there has been dependably delicious. Added to all of that, their mission and ethics ring true — they clearly advocate for anti-cruelty, both in the form of animal justice and non-judgment toward humans who are doing their best to do no harm. I’m so grateful Tucson has this and many other vegan options :)
