We went to steak night with family and it was the worst service and experience we ever had and I normally dont complain or leave reviews but this was just not good. Food order came cooked wrong. waitress never came and checked on us or brought us the waters asked for. got our own water at the bar. then when she did check in on us about the steaks being barely rare. only offered 10% off after it was now cold. then it took over 45mins to get our bills to pay. if you go for the prime rib dinner make sure you get there early. they don't start serving till 5:00 but there was a lot of people there and they ran out
