Very little food for the price. My husband was still hungry after eating a $26 plate. Bread is being made fresh out in the open but nothing even comes with bread. It was our wedding anniversary which we added to the reservation and absolutely zero mentioned about it. The waiter failed to tell us about the specials and after over hearing another waiter I would have made a different choice. Sorry, total disappointment and feel we would have had a better experience at the Olive Garden.

Wonderful food and amazing service. We had a reservation for seven (7) people at 5:45pm but arrived significantly earlier due to a change in plans. They seated us immediately on the outside patio. After receiving our initial drink order, we decided that it was a bit too chilly outside. NO PROBLEM! They found a table inside and were extremely gracious in accommodating us. BTW - the mussels appetizer was delicious. Truly top-notch service and food from a terrific organization.

I have been coming to North for years. The last two visits have been extremely disappointing. The servers were disengaged and doing the minimum. The young woman yesterday spent most of her time talking to two friends who were sitting there with their laptops. I would expect this in a coffee shop but not where I'm paying $75 for lunch. The shrimp scampi was overcooked and made with chunky pici pasta. I travel to Italy and this was nothing like shrimp scampi. We won't be back for a while. I hope the management trains their servers to provide the attention you expect from a more upscale restaurant.

A wonderful evening, food was as good as you'd expect. Wait staff was great, giving us time to chat while making sure we wanted for nothing. It is a little noisy, but not overwhelming

Excessive wait for water and our wine. One entree delivered 10mins after all others. The waiter was apologetic and food was good, but not the first time service was very slow from the kitchen.

Food took almost an hour. Ordered pizza and it came out cold and toppings uncooked. The two pastas were good. We told the server we had 2 birthdays and shared a dessert but she didn't even bring candles like she did for other table next to us. She was impossible to track down. Kitchen is so slow and inconsistent. We won't be dining here again for a long time if we can help it.

Excellent service, delightful choices. Although they were very busy and full, the staff helped us find a relatively quiet table where the hearing-impaired member of our party could cope with the noise level.

Food was good. Our waitress wasn't the best. Maybe she was waiting too many tables. She never brought bread and after asking, she said she would bring complimentary bread. It never happened.

Our first time at the restaurant and what a gem. Food was delicious and service was outstanding. The ambiance was very welcoming. Even the bathrooms were great. Highly recommended!

I had the salad and mussels and they were delicious. My husband had the eggplant Parmesan and he did not like it. It took, over an hour to get our food. The waiter was very friendly but the service was very slow

Food is solid as usually but the service was below average! We sat down and had to ask for water several times despite even having our appetizer

We love the food and service at North Italia-Tucson. We have found that dining indoors, the noise level can be loud and distracting. So with the temperatures cooling down some we dined outdoors in their patio and it was perfect. it was not crowded yet and nice and quiet. Nick was our waiter and he was excellent. We really enjoyed the evening.

Everything was terrific. Waiter was very attentive, polite, never missed a thing. Lovely lunch.

The food and the service was intolerably slow. It should not take 75 minutes to get a pasta dish and chicken parm. The server was also often nowhere to be found. Even after the manager agreed to take our appetizer off the menu, the server presented the check to us with the appetizer still on it. Very poor. On the flip side, this is not our usual experience with North - usually the service and attention to detail is spectacular.
