Went here for Sonoran restaurant week. Our waiter was fine but the table next door got the fun one. As always the meatballs are to die for. I got the pork milanese and it was a huge portion. My husband got a penne pasta dish minus the heat. It was nice of them to personalize it for him. It's always lovely sitting outside. Both of us scarfed up the panna cotta...scrumptious with some cool crispy garnish that was a nice textural touch.
We had great food yesterday! The Sonoran menu for spicy rigatoni pasta and Cesar salad with dessert! It was delicious. I had the Chicken Parm and tomato soup! My chicken was perfectly cooked and it was a large portion! Our favorite salad is the Italian farm and it's a huge portion! We also shared a margarita pizza, another one of our favorites! Service and food were excellent!
We do lunch here regularly. Enjoyed it "as usual" which means it was overall delicious, fun, bright and real pleasure: outstanding "small plate" of crisp eggplant parmesan, interesting house cocktail (some sort of 'mule' which was light and tasty), squid ink pasta and good wine recommendation. It was just a little slow getting the food to the table today, but I guess the very large dining room was packed. A great lunch.
