“Excellent Service at Panda Express on S Houghton Rd!
I visited the Panda Express at 9130 S Houghton Rd, Tucson, AZ 85747 today and had a truly positive experience, largely thanks to the manager, Uyen.
While I wasn't entirely satisfied with the rice, Uyen quickly turned my experience around. I overheard her conducting a very encouraging review with an employee nearby. When she learned about my issue with the rice, she proactively offered me an extra side of noodles, which I really appreciated. It's that kind of attentiveness that makes a great manager!
I was also very impressed by Uyen's leadership style. Listening to her review with her employee, I was struck by how encouraging she was. It was genuinely awesome to witness such positive and supportive leadership in action, and it truly made my day.“

“Customer service here is questionable. Seem like most the people speak broken English and talk quickly in addition to that which makes it even harder to understand what they're saying. I ordered the mushroom chicken and the girl says quickly like I'm supposed to know you're going to wait for the mushrooms? I said what do you mean she nods at the bowl where they dish the mushrooms from like I should know that it's not full. I said no I'd rather not wait I'll have to order something else. That's too bad I had my heart set on mushrooms I want to say why are you letting that run out as one of your main entrees that's kind of ridiculous to me. Then the lady at the cash register talks quickly in broken English and ask me questions and if I want to donate to the children's hospital and what sauces I want and I can't hardly understand what she is saying and I have to ask her to repeat herself several times. I asked for a water cup and as I am stepping away I didn't see one and ask her for it again if she's pointing towards the wall at the end of the restaurant and I'm looking over towards the wall as if there's cups there and there's not and she's pointing to a small cup that's on my tray that I overlooked. I'm wondering why didn't you just say there's a cup on your tray instead of pointing her finger towards another direction in the restaurant that caused confusion but anyhow the food was okay. not enough of a helping . I don't understand why they hire people to work in restaurants that speak broken English and then in addition that they speak quickly making even harder to understand them. I would encourage them to reconsider that in their hiring process.“
“In this specific restaurant, we were treated wonderfully by the girls on staff, very friendly and helpful.Everything is excellent in taste, freshly made, as they have a lot of clientele since everything is excellent.We downloaded the app for a discount, my children loved the cookies.We ordered orange chicken, beef with broccoli and pecan shrimps.“
“I eat lunch here often and only once in the last few months have I gotten chicken that was meh. The staff is very friendly, and the food is fresh and hot. Yesterday, one of the dishes I ordered had some available, but they let me know a fresh batch was almost done and asked if I wanted to wait. I'll definitely be back!“
“Ordered the half and half with chow mein and fried rice, with 2 entrees- the hot orange chicken , and beef. The beef tastes really good, and my friend loved the orange chicken as well. Fried rice was a bit dry.
The service and staff was excellent, kind and efficient.“
“Jesus the manager at this location at 8:30pm served me hot fresh food. And Cruz the customer service she had with people ahead as well as me was PERFECT! we understand that it gets busy even food you have to make, but when the employees understand this and offer hey would you like a drink for wait that little kindness is why I come back it was Made right From a previous experience here SHOUT OUT TO JESUS, CRUZ AND Carla for her skills on the WoK! But to them I appreciate it so much of understanding the time for the customers.“

“Out of all the Panda Express' on the east side and mid town I come to this location instead. The staff are great and are always more than helpful. The food is always delicious and hot and the inside is always spotless. You can really tell that the staff care about all the little things...and that is greatly appreciated. Thank you.“
“The ambiance was nice, which always helps with a good meal. I ordered fried rice, mushroom, and orange chicken. The food is fresh and tastes delicious as usual. The crafted mango guava tea drink was refreshing. The food portion was very generous for the price. The staff was friendly! Panda is always a great place for some quick Asian goodness.“
“Would have been 5 stars for atmosphere but as military we are shocked there's not a discount as they are so close to base. Almost all Panda Expresses give a modest 5 or 10% discount. This location is next to DMAFB where we're staying.“
“The food is cooked right the chow mein is not burnt like other locations its a busy locations during afternoon hours like from 12pm till 4 pm the food should be up to standards but I have not eaten at this location past that time frame it should still be good cause its at a busy intersection location“
“Our company has monthly lunches for employees and at least twice a year we order from here. The food is always delicious and the staff are wonderful. I have to order food for 2 shifts, and the order is always perfect. We will continue to order from them again and again.“

“We stopped by three days ago on our way home from bat night at the desert museum. Sorry I didn't take any pictures but everybody was so hungry when we got home ?. The lady at the window was great and the food was delicious. We had honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, Chow mein, crab rangoons the watermelon mango drink and know my son had a lemonade but I don't remember what flavor ?“
“Paula was so sweet filling orders to go. I forgot to request something in the app and she gladly provided it to me. I tried to take the survey, but I didn’t have a survey code and then I didn’t have the second form of completing the survey because it was an online order I’m assuming but the time I picked up my order was 6:14 PM 1129 2025 at store On Cambell Closest Cross St., Fort Lowe“
“I love coming to this place. It is my favorite Mongolian BBQ and now they have added red cabbage and hatch green chilies to the menu. They also make crab puffs from scratch homemade, sweet and sour sauce which is just perfect for either an appetizer or a dessert. They also make a homemade pot mustard. So if you're in the mood for Asian food or a healthier option for a great dinner that's not going to blow your wallets. It's even a lower price than going to McDonald's and it is definitely way more filling and better for you. You need to come here. It has a wonderful atmosphere, very pleasing service. People who are wonderful and nice and it's family owned. So support your local Tucson business and come out. You will not regret it.“
