“I typically don't take the time to review Fast Food restaurants but this Panda Express has certainly earned a five-star review. The combination of cleanliness, attentive service, and great food makes it standout and other places could learn from what they are doing there. If you're looking for Panda Express and this location is a little further awaybots worth the extra travel time. I highly recommend visiting this location!

It’s one of the cleanest fast-food restaurants I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spotless dining area and well-organized serving stations. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and it truly enhances the overall dining experience.

What stood out to me even more was the level of engagement and thoughtfulness displayed by the staff. You can tell that the management treats their employees well, as everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there—a rare find in the fast-food industry. The team was attentive and proactive, ensuring that everything was in order and that customers were satisfied.

To my surprise, the manager even came out to check on us while we were enjoying our meal. This personal touch made the experience feel special and showed a commitment to excellent customer service that is often lacking in fast-casual dining.“

“I eat lunch here often and only once in the last few months have I gotten chicken that was meh. The staff is very friendly, and the food is fresh and hot. Yesterday, one of the dishes I ordered had some available, but they let me know a fresh batch was almost done and asked if I wanted to wait. I'll definitely be back!“

“I have dined in and have gone through the drive thru many times, too. There's been two times that we weren't thrilled with the service and unprofessionalism of two of the girls there named Jessica and the other Julie. Other than that, I highly recommend this location. We have had Kayla, Kaylie, Olivia, and Vero help us the times we have gone in or through the drive thru. Now these gals are all very attentive, very friendly and professional!! Always have beautiful smiles, and you can just feel the positive energy! Which we really appreciate.
One of the times, my son went up to Kaylie to chat with her. She was so sweet and did not mind him asking her questions about Panda. The service has been speedy in all of our visits and fair when it's been busy, and the food tastes fresh, hot, and delicious every time! We will definitely keep returning to this location❤️

Parking: Good size parking lot and very clean

Kid-friendliness: As mentioned, one of the times we dined in, my son went up to Kaylie to chat and ask questions as he normally does lol. Kaylie was sweet and friendly and did not mind him asking her questions. Made him so happy as some workers aren't as friendly. This made my experience a lot better and we have made this our favorite location!“

“I am recovering from a surgery and on crutches and was going to just grab food to go but Natalie V was so kind and helpful with me ordering and then bringing my drink and food to the table for me with napkins and silverware! She came back after few minutes later to check on me and see if I needed anything and was doing ok! She went above and beyond and I really appreciated her kindness and patience! Thank you!“

“In this specific restaurant, we were treated wonderfully by the girls on staff, very friendly and helpful.Everything is excellent in taste, freshly made, as they have a lot of clientele since everything is excellent.We downloaded the app for a discount, my children loved the cookies.We ordered orange chicken, beef with broccoli and pecan shrimps.“

“I didn’t get any names but the lady and gentleman working the front were absolutely amazing and I don’t normally leave reviews. When walking in I was greeted with smiles even though it was late. The gentleman was so helpful when I was trying to pick what I wanted he helped describe flavors of the entrees! Customer service was just amazing! Thank you!“

“This is one of the best food places in the student union simply because they maintain integrity. There are no GrubHub kiosks, so you can always count on using your meal plan here. Staff and managers are friendly and efficient. You'll be in and out quickly even in a long line at lunchtime.GrubHub kiosks in the student union hinder other food places and are detrimental to well-managed establishments.However, the food quality at this Panda Express is not good compared to other franchise locations. You can expect to get a ligament in your chicken and or overcooked/oily food from time to time.“

“Our company has monthly lunches for employees and at least twice a year we order from here. The food is always delicious and the staff are wonderful. I have to order food for 2 shifts, and the order is always perfect. We will continue to order from them again and again.“

“The best Panda I've been to. They're very attentive when ordering, and they even offer discounts and promotions using their rewards program. I've never experienced someone checking on us while eating to ask how everything is and offering more sauces or cookies. The service here is excellent!“

“Went right before closing so fan favorites were already snatched up but the gal at the drive-thru window tonight was really great and offered up suggestions and use her best customer service skills to preempt any Karen like aggravation I might have had. They definitely put an expert at the window and the food was great and a lot of it!“

“My experience here was surprising because they usually never forget anything. I went through drive though and ordered a bigger plate my extra entree was missing so I drove back to ask for it I wasn’t upset I know sometimes we can be so busy things like this happen and the lady at the cash register was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience even offering me an extra side to make up for the inconvenience which I thought exceeded expectations. I am thankful for the extra entree because they didn’t have to offer it plus I know that’s something they did to be kind. The food was delicious you can tell it was freshly made. “I have had countless decent, mediocre, even good experiences at Panda Express over the last 20 years.
But I would like to give credit where it is due.
Last night I came here to pick up some dinner for my parents and I.
I believe Teresa was the manager on shift and I can tell you that she ran a smooth one. Every item was full and fresh on the line, it was busy but the crew never skipped a beat. Everyone working was friendly and "feeling it". The dining room was clean and there were lots of diners.
It wasn't my fastest experience but it was certainly my most pleasant and the freshest meal I think I've ever ordered.

Could have been perfect timing, could have been the crew, could have been the manager..but all those things together made it perfect for me. Thank you!“

“We stopped by three days ago on our way home from bat night at the desert museum. Sorry I didn't take any pictures but everybody was so hungry when we got home ?. The lady at the window was great and the food was delicious. We had honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, Chow mein, crab rangoons the watermelon mango drink and know my son had a lemonade but I don't remember what flavor ?“

“Overall the food was really good and perfectly cooked not burned or dry or raw but the service is something else the cashier lady Tiguan is a Karen asked me questions very rudely and didn’t even provide utensils nor straws for my food this was not only me but for others aswell I noticed when going back for utensils But overall 3.5/ 5 good food bad cashier .“
