I'm very appreciative of the team working tonight. Usually don't eat out and don't have a car so treated myself to an order through Uber and my order was apparently stolen or lost in transit on Ubers fault. They professionally handled the 4 ! Other drivers sent after and after getting nowhere with Uber support they went out of their way to resolve the problem. Not only that but this is the best I've ever had from panda and they left a nice note. Could not be more appreciative.

The staff are very attentive and friendly and accommodating to customers of all ages, including children. Some customers have reported receiving burnt old food, so many prefer dining in and watching them cook. The drive-thru service can be inconsistent, with staff occasionally leaving to help another customer.
