My father did an online order and when he picked it up he asked for forks and Teriyaki sauce. He was not given either, instead he was given sauces that weren't asked for. He order the walnut shrimp with orange chicken and chow mein, teriyaki chicken with walnut shrimp and chow mein and to kids plates. The shrimp was rubbery and he was not given the teriyaki chicken. I gave service a three star. I was placing my order when the woman helped me leave to help another customer and ignored me. I was the first customer. My order should've been complete before moving to the next person. I should say her name and should've reported the poor service I received from her to her manager, but I'm not a type of person who's an eye for an eye.

Our company has monthly lunches for employees and at least twice a year we order from here. The food is always delicious and the staff are wonderful. I have to order food for 2 shifts, and the order is always perfect. We will continue to order from them again and again.
